SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern text messaging programs operated by Polar Block Sales Inc., an authorized Renewal by Andersen partner ("Company", "we", "us") for individuals who opt in via marketing.renewalbyandersenspecials.com.

1. Program Descriptions

We operate two distinct, optional SMS programs:

• Appointment & Service Program: Messages regarding consultation requests, design appointments, measurements, estimates, and order/installation status updates.
• Promotional & Marketing Program: Messages regarding special discounts, window and door offers, and financing terms.

Participants must opt into each program individually by checking the respective unchecked box on our consultation form. We do not use shared consent lists or send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties.

2. Opt-In & Consent

Checking an SMS consent box is completely optional. Consent to receive automated promotional or informational text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program. Service and appointment alerts correspond directly with your scheduled consultations and projects. Promotional messages will not exceed 6 messages per month.

4. Cost & Rates

We do not charge a separate fee for sending or receiving text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (Cancellation)

You may cancel text messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message received from us. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed, and no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
